We should not give up and we should not allow the problem to defeat us.

Champions of Change is a journey that is aimed at creating a Fellowship of social leaders. We believe that for an immense and diverse country like India, transformation can be brought about only if citizens takes up the responsibility of doing so.

If you are passionate about converting four qualities – Equality, Justice, Liberty & Fraternity – from mere words in the Indian Constitution to reality in people’s lives, then Champions of Change is a journey for you. This journey will offer you an outlook of the grassroot realities. You will work with experts who have been to actualize the dreams of Equality, Justice, Liberty and Fraternity. You will be a part of a Fellowship of budding social leaders, who will work together to achieve this common goal of ours.

In the short-term, we will place selected Fellows in different Host Organizations for an immersive, work-oriented, 1-month grassroots experience. Our long-term plan is to keep the Fellows connected to each other and support them in executing their ideas to create social change. When you go back to your respective studies/jobs after the 1-month internship, we hope you would be brimming with ideas you want to execute, and the Fellowship will be there to support and guide you.

We had first batch of the Fellowship in June 2016. You can read about our Fellows’ experiences in our blog:
